Hottopic has begun their OotP clothes line and one of their very first shirts out is a Ron shirt featuring our favorite redhead. This is another great way to promote him. Now, shirts featuring Ron/Rupert have always sold well, but we want to continue this trend. So if you can, try to dish out the 19-21 dollars (usually the 21 is for the XXL shirt only) and buy one. It's really that simple. You can online or go straight to hottopic and pick it up.
And if you're joining us at the premiere this year, this would be a great shirt to wear to show our support for Ron/Rupert!
As you know, Moviefone has booked the trio to be on the series "unscripted" where they ask each other questions, as well as questions from the fans. This is a really good oppertunity to ask Rupert a question you've been dying to know the answer to, as well as prove his popularity with the amount of questions he receives. You can ask the questions here by simply filling out the comments. You will then be e-mailed and your comment will show as soon as you click on the link that has been e-mailed to you. So get those questions in!
Yes, it's time to revive this. We all know the injustice that Rupert got when Teen Vogue came out with only a Dan/Emma cover. This lit a fire under many fans, and we are ready to prove to the world that Rupert is extremely popular.
First order of business? Google. Now, as it is against rules of google to have a "campaign", I am certainly NOT insinuating we should just make a push for a day, flooding them. What I'm saying is, take a minute out of your day to google Rupert. As fans, we know the sites to go to to get the news, so we tend not to search for him. But you'd be surprised at what you might find when actually searching for him.
Of course, we will continue to do other things like letter writing campaigns and such so mags stop thinking that Rupert isn't important enough to include on covers, etc. We know our boy isn't really big into interviews, but this isn't what it's about. It's about proving his fanbase exists. That it's proud and big. Stay tuned...

Here is another project for all our UK-bound Rupert fans! It has just been announced that Rupert will be attending this years BAFTA awards ceremony. And I thought this was the perfect oppertunity for all Rupert fans who can attend to get their butts down there and show their support! This is the perfect way to show the media how much we love Rupert. I suggest you making signs too... for Rupert and Rupert's Army! So whois going and who wants to do this?
Alright guys, so how'd the writing go? I know I got a few returns, so you may have had to go to the sites to get the e-mails...
And remember, you can keep writing these magazines, or any magazine you stumble across, long after this project is over (which it officially is now). This was just to get it organized all at once. :)
Now, this isn't a project I'm about to tell you. It has no end date in sight. This is about encouraging you to do things for Rupert and that is search engines. One of the reasons people think Rupert isn't popular is because we never do searches because if we want Rupert news, we know where to go. So I'm encouraging you to go to Yahoo, Google, Lycos, and the like and search for Rupert. Do it every day. And don't forget things like IMDB, AOL, and other such things to prove that Rupert is popular. Do this once a day, twice a day... doesn't matter, just make sure you do it more often than you might be. :)
Also, don't forget to vote in the Bravo awards that I posted on ICM. :)
Alright guys. Here it is.. Rupert's Army's first project! It's sending e-mails (and/or writing letters) to the magazines out there to get them to show us more Rupert!
